1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory located in Shenzhen, China, with 20 years of rich experience, covering 6,000 square meters. Complete facilities, including 3D quality inspection equipment, ERP system and 100+ machines. If necessary, we can provide you with material certificates, sample quality inspection and other reports.
2. How to get a quote?
Please share detailed engineering drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) along with manufacturing details including materials, design tolerances, required surface treatments, order quantities, and shipping destinations. Our design team will review your files and provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
3. Can I get a quotation without drawings? Can your engineering team draw for my creativity?
Of course, we are also glad to receive your samples, pictures or detailed size drafts for accurate quotation. Our engineering team can help generate production-ready 3D files and detailed technical drawings based on your physical prototypes or dimensional sketches.
4. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Of course, the sample fee is necessary. If possible, it will be returned during mass production. We can manufacture visual models or functional mechanical samples to test and verify your designs before scaling to volume.
5. What is the delivery date?
Generally, the sample lasts for 1-2 weeks and the batch production lasts for 3-4 weeks. Very complex geometries, specific surface coatings, or long lead-time materials may extend these timelines. Let us know your schedule, and we will work to accommodate it.
6. How do you control quality?
We maintain quality control through four main steps: (1) Material Inspection - checking material surfaces and rough dimensions; (2) First Article Inspection (FAI) - verifying critical dimensions during initial setups; (3) In-Process Sampling - checking parts prior to warehouse storage; (4) Pre-shipment Inspection - 100% inspection by our QC team before shipping.
7. What is your after sales service?
If you have any problems after receiving the product, you can provide feedback through voice call, video conference, email, etc. within one month. Our team will provide you with solutions within a week. If parts do not match approved prints due to a manufacturing error, we will prioritize rework or replacement.
8. What raw materials do you support?
We work with a wide range of materials, including metals like Aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6, 5052), Stainless Steel (304, 316L, 17-4 PH), Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, Brass, Copper, and Titanium. We also machine polymer materials such as PEEK, POM (Delrin), PTFE (Teflon), Polycarbonate, Nylon, and PMMA (Acrylic), as well as technical ceramics.
9. Do you provide surface finishing in-house?
Yes, we provide several surface finishing options. These include bead blasting, anodizing (Type II and Type III hardcoat in various colors), powder coating, wet painting, passivating, electropolishing, zinc/nickel plating, black oxide, laser engraving, and custom polishing.
10. How do you protect client intellectual property?
We use secure, offline engineering servers and sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect customer IP. Project access is limited to the technicians and machinists working directly on those parts.
