3. Can you quote or machine components if I do not have a 3D CAD drawing?

4. Do you offer prototype tooling before transitioning to volume production?

5. What are your typical production lead times?
Our typical lead time for prototype parts is 1 to 2 weeks. Production runs average 3 to 4 weeks depending on component complexity, material availability, and secondary surface treatments.
6. How does your facility control quality?
Our quality control process includes:
(1) Incoming Material Inspection to verify alloy chemistry and surface quality.
(2) First Article Inspections (FAI) to approve setups before production starts.
