2. How to get a quote?

Please share detailed engineering drawings (PDF / STEP / IGS / DWG) including details on quality requirements, requested delivery dates, materials, quantity, surface treatment, and any other unique specifications.

3. Can I get a quotation without drawings? Can your engineering team draw for my creativity?

Yes, we can work from your samples, physical photos, or detailed dimensional sketches to provide accurate pricing. Our team can also help convert these sketches into production-ready CAD models.

4. Can you provide samples before mass production?

Yes, we provide prototype samples for verification before mass production. A sample setup fee is required, which can be credited toward the mass production run in eligible project configurations.

5. What is the delivery date?

Generally, sample fabrication takes 1 to 2 weeks, while volume production runs are completed within 3 to 4 weeks depending on component complexity.

6. How do you control quality?

Our quality control includes four main verification steps:
(1) Material Inspection: We verify incoming raw material surfaces and dimensions.
(2) First Article Inspection (FAI): We verify critical dimensions before initiating full production runs.
(3) In-Process Quality Audit: We perform random sampling inspections during production batches.

8. What raw materials do you support for CNC turning and milling?

9. How does Swiss Lathe machining differ from traditional turning?

Swiss turning utilizes a sliding headstock that feeds the bar stock through a guide bushing past the cutting tool. The material is supported very close to the cutting point, which minimizes deflection and allows us to hold precise tolerances on long, slender shafts and micro-components.
