2. How do I get an accurate quotation for my parts?

Please share your detailed engineering drawings in formats like PDF, STEP, IGS, DWG, or Parasolid. Along with the files, please include details on material grade, batch quantities, surface treatments (anodizing, passivating, bead blasting), and specific tolerance requirements to help us provide an accurate quote.

3. Can I get a quotation without engineering drawings? Can your engineering team assist with design and drawing?

Yes. If you don't have engineering drawings, we can work from physical samples, photographs with dimensional sketches, or prototype drafts. Our in-house engineering team can convert your ideas and measurements into 2D and 3D CAD files for your approval before manufacturing starts.

4. Can you provide samples before commencing mass production?

Yes, we offer sample manufacturing to verify fit and function. The sample fee depends on the parts' geometry and material. When we move to mass production, this sample cost can be credited back to the order balance based on the project volume.

5. What is the typical delivery date for custom prototypes and production batches?

Generally, prototypes and samples take 1 to 3 days depending on complexity. Larger production batches are completed and prepared for delivery within 7 to 14 days, though schedules may vary based on finishing treatments or shipping methods.

6. How do you control quality throughout the production lifecycle?
